How do I redeem a coupon code?
Sign in as a parent, open Billing, then use Redeem Coupon. A valid code activates full access until the expiry date shown on your billing page.
Can I use a coupon if I already have an active paid plan?
No. Coupon redemption is available only when your account is not on an active paid plan, and each account can redeem a specific coupon code one time.
What happens when coupon access expires?
Coupon access ends automatically on its expiry date and your account returns to free access. You can upgrade with Stripe anytime to continue premium features.
How does rewards redemption approval work?
Kids can request rewards after earning enough points. Parents review requests from the dashboard or rewards screen, and declined requests automatically refund the points.
What is included in free vs paid access?
Free access supports one child and selected templates. Paid access unlocks multi-child support, premium templates, custom template builder, and advanced reports.
Does the app support English and Arabic?
Yes. Families can switch between English and Arabic, and Arabic screens use right-to-left layout support.
