By creating an account, accessing, or using HilalHabits, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Parent Responsibility

HilalHabits is intended for parents, guardians, and family supervisors who are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including child profiles you create and manage.

Account Security

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password, parent exit code, and child PINs.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Kid Mode and Supervision

Kid Mode is a parent-managed interface and does not replace parent or guardian supervision.

Parents are responsible for selecting age-appropriate routines, rewards, and approvals.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or app safeguards.
• Do not interfere with service operation, infrastructure, or other users' access.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service beyond permitted use.

Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Paid features are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing portal flows.

Pricing, billing periods, and renewal behavior are presented during checkout or in your billing portal.

You are responsible for applicable fees, taxes, and keeping payment information current.

Subscription status and renewals depend on successful payment processing and Stripe event updates.

Points and Rewards

Points and in-app rewards are non-cash, have no monetary value, and are for family routine motivation only.

StudyPlanit may correct balances, revoke points, or adjust reward states to fix errors, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms.

Service Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

HilalHabits is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyPlanit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyPlanit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for paid features during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
