HilalHabits is operated by StudyPlanit for parent-managed family routines.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to parents and guardians.

We collect information needed to provide account access, family habit tracking, rewards, and subscription features.

Parent account information such as email address, encrypted password, locale, and timezone settings.
Child profile information such as nickname, avatar selection, active status, and hashed PIN code.
Family activity data such as templates, assigned tasks, habit instances, completions, approvals, points ledgers, rewards, and redemption requests.
Notification preference settings and related notification records (in-app and email).
Subscription and billing metadata such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, renewal dates, plan status, and checkout or billing portal events.
Technical request data such as IP address, browser details, and basic server logs required for security and reliability.

We use collected information to operate and improve the service.

Create and secure parent accounts.
Enable Kid Mode sessions and parent-controlled exit safeguards.
Generate and track daily habit tasks, approvals, points, and rewards.
Send service notifications and optional daily or weekly digests based on user preferences.
Process paid subscriptions and related billing actions through Stripe.
Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce platform rules.

HilalHabits is designed for parent-managed use. Children do not create independent accounts and are not required to provide email addresses.

Parents or guardians control child profile setup, PIN management, task assignments, and reward approvals.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only when required to run the service or comply with law.

With payment processors such as Stripe to process subscriptions and manage billing.

HilalHabits uses essential session technologies to keep users signed in, protect forms, and maintain secure request state.

The app includes a service worker that caches app-shell assets to support performance and reliability.

Public pages may request web fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests are handled by your browser and Google's infrastructure.

We currently do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers in the product experience.

We retain account and family activity data while your account is active.
